Family Prep Plan is a personalized, instantly delivered digital product. Most purchases are final. If something is genuinely wrong (broken file, missing access, clear generation error), we’ll fix it fast — and if we can’t, we’ll refund within 7 days.

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on Family Prep Plan for the personalized emergency-preparedness PDF and related platform access included with your purchase (if applicable). The PDF is delivered digitally and immediately after payment.

2) Digital product rule (most purchases are final)

Because the plan is personalized and delivered instantly, purchases are typically final once the PDF has been generated and delivered.

3) What we will always do: fix-first support

If you have any problem with your order, we will fix it — quickly:

  • Download/access issues: we’ll reissue a working link or restore access.
  • Corrupted/incomplete PDF: we’ll regenerate and resend.
  • Generation mismatch: if the output clearly doesn’t match your inputs, we’ll verify and regenerate.

4) 7-day fair guarantee (refund eligible)

If we cannot deliver a working product after reasonable troubleshooting, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are considered in these cases:

  • Non-delivery: you never received access and we cannot restore it.
  • System failure: a platform outage or bug prevented generation/delivery.
  • Duplicate purchase: same buyer accidentally purchased twice (we refund one).
  • Unauthorized payment: confirmed by your bank/issuer (we may ask for the case/reference number).

5) Not eligible for refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery.
  • Not used or “I didn’t have time to read it.”
  • Incorrect info entered by the buyer (we can help you correct and re-generate during your included platform access).
  • Local conditions outside our control (internet outages, device/printer issues).

6) Platform access, trial month, and cancellations

Your plan purchase may include 1 month of platform access (updates, re-export, and QR features). After the included period, paid access may continue at $10/month if you choose to keep it active.

  • Cancel anytime: if you cancel platform access, your previously downloaded PDF remains yours.
  • Refunds for subscription charges: if a platform renewal was charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it.

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we’re fast to respond and usually can solve the issue immediately. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, access may be revoked while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide evidence to the payment processor (delivery logs, receipts, access records). Email info@FamilyPrepPlan.com.

8) Taxes & currency

Taxes (where applicable) and currency conversion fees are determined at checkout. If a refund is approved, we refund the purchase amount; bank FX fees (if any) are controlled by your issuer.

9) EU/UK digital content notice

For customers in the EU/UK: by purchasing immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once delivery/download starts, as permitted by local law.

10) How to request help (or a refund review)

Email info@FamilyPrepPlan.com and include:

  • Order ID and purchase email
  • Date/time of purchase
  • Issue description (and screenshots if possible)
  • For duplicates: the two transaction/order IDs

We aim to respond quickly. Most issues are resolved by reissuing access or regenerating the PDF.
