Do you offer refunds?
Family Prep Plan is a personalized digital product, so purchases are generally final once delivered. If there’s a real issue on our side (access problem, corrupted file, or a generation error) and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund within 7 days. We also refund duplicate purchases.
